After nearly 15 years in the restaurant/customer service industry I've learned a few things, such as what constitutes good service, an exceptional restaurant and a fair employer. This blog is to help young people in the Victoria area find some great options for a place to eat as well as which restaurants treat their staff fairly. It has been my experience that many restaurants take advantage of starving student employees, and in Victoria there are a few chronic offenders.
